My marketing team has been delivering real estate news and statistics to our customers' homes since I began selling real estate 23 years ago. In 2001, in response to what was at that time the threat of Anthrax,  we changed the format of a 3-fold newsletter to our current monthly stats 'NEWSCARD'.  A relatively new concept that would be later adopted by marketing firms as "Power Cards", this was a secure way to impart information as well as a great way to cut down on print, paper and postage costs. 

Fast forward 10 years and times continue to change.  Today more and more people are challenging the use of print as a form of communication.  So in order to help protect the environment and to respect the desires of many of our customers we are now sending out real estate stats via email to those who no longer wish to receive the paper product in their mailboxes.
